my name raj bhakerd and i teach ninjutsu in bristol and i com to enso martial arts to by some equipment for myself and my students the nice thing about coming here is that there's a range that you can buy and is affordable for all so in general in in ninjutsu in terms of footwear as a beginner you can come with barefeet but then after a while you could probably want toget some extra things for example iin enso martial arts they have the ninja tabi socks aswell which are a good quality and they last well as long as you are on tatami mats if the tatami is soft then it can be great for that. it can be abit slippery and because it's a bit slippery then you can have the cotton bottom indoor ninja tabi boots as well. they will last depending on the amount training you do if you do lots and lots of training then youhave to get lots and lots pairs however they are of a very substantial bottom and they have some grip. also as an option if you're training on wooden flo...

"oh, found a stamp!" "woah, there's a stamp here." high spirited cheers resounded from the area between the school buildings. dressed in their dougi, the members of the karate club were putting on a choreographed performance on the stage that had been set up there. karate club member: sei! letting out a kiai, they smashed planks with their bare hands. without even noticing, i’d joined in with the crowds impressed cheers. whenever i thought they were almost done, they’d prove me wrong. those were some pretty thick looking boards, nice job karate club. as i watched the amazing techniques unfold on stage, my eye caught onto a charming figure. it was asahina-san. she was cheerfully going about her own work, it appears that she’s preparing for the calligraphy club’s event. i considered calling out to her but, i ended up hesitating since she looked busy. on top of that, she’d have no idea who i was in this setting anyway. ... oh well, i’ll have another...

you want to wash your belt in cold water, because hot water will shrink it. you'll want to add vinegar to the water--just regular old white vinegar will do it kills bacteria that cause smells and skin infections, so it's a real good thing to add to the water and it doesn't cost a whole lot, so it's an easy thing to do. then i use just a "free and clear" laundry detergent, as well. that will help break up the dirt and grime that's been ground into the belt over time. i actually used too much in this video, so after i get the belt soaked in there you'll see me start scooping some of it out by hand. it's not a big deal if you end up with too much suds. you can just scoop it out into the bathtub or into a bucket or any number of other things, and it will go away eventually, on its own, so it's not a big problem you'll want to let the belt soak in the water for a little bit this just lets the water, and especially the vinegar, soak all the w...
