i made a promise if i get better, i'm goingto give back. i'm going to give that energy back that people gave to me, and i got better, and i haven't given up on the promise since. [music]>>ron the particular class that we did today is called "fierce tko." it's an interval sessioncombining kickboxing, plyometrics, circuit

training. there you go! knock 'em down! i'ma big calisthenic guy. i don't lift weights. keep that guard! i like to kick, so i definitelyadd kicks. squeeze the glutes! definitely add punches in my routines. a lot of shuttleruns, side to side, to get that lateral movement, that lateral agility. lift those toes! no?!aww! [music]>>ron i'm always motivated by energy. when they kick, i kick higher. when they punch,i punch harder. i want you to work harder. there we go! four! my goal is moderation ineverything. just watch what you eat. take time, you know, to get some exercise in. ijust want to keep you motivated to do something. [whistle blows]>>ron beautiful! when i do all the stuff that

i do upstairs, a lot of people are like you'redoing all that stuff with one lung? i have to work harder. now open up your feet giveyourself a little space. that's why i love the job the way that i love it because youknow there was one time where i couldn't do this. i love this place because of the energy.that fire that the girls and the guys, in classes, they give me. to me it gives youa sense of purpose. you know, that, that, energy that vibe, that passion that i bringto my classes, it's a great thing. [music]>>ron alright shake out, shake, good work, good job, beautiful! good work! alright, alright!
