the knee and then from there, go in to a clinch.now another thing to keep in mind here is to maybe have a partner to help you out. golight with your partner. of course you don't want to damage a partner of yours, otherwiseyou won't be able to practice this. you're going to go ahead and you're going to useyour hip. it's going to be a torque with the
hip. it's almost like you're using a whip.the whip of the leg right there and you're going to go back and forth, one on one, oneon one, one on one, and so on. ready,o.k. you're not really trying to knock down your partner. you're just trying to get theaiming done. and again, when the aiming is the most efficient is when it's right in theback of the knee, just like that. and that's how you kick someone, down there. and that'show you do a lower roundhouse kick.
